¼ cup sugar
⅓ cup corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 cups Kelce Mix
¼ teaspoon salt
In a medium size, heavy bottom saucepan on medium heat bring sugar, corn syrup and vanilla to a boil, stirring intermittently. Off heat, mix in peanut butter and butter to melt, stirring to incorporate fully. Stir in cereal and salt and stir to coat fully.
On a piece of parchment or wax paper, scoop or form 12 rounds of cereal clusters. Let cool at room temperature, about 30 minutes. Devour…or store in an airtight container.
